Loss of precious life
Loss of precious life
There are Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals in every tehsil of Pakistan, especially in every district of Punjab Province, with magnificent buildings. ۔ There is no doubt about it, but the fact is that we are far behind in terms of "health and education"! For which just one example is enough that right now not every village, not even in every union council (more or less seven villages) has a basic health center! These issues deserve immediate attention. We have already talked about them. It is worth mentioning that on the one hand, the magnificent, beautiful high, and lofty building, on the other hand, the helpless people, suffering from pain and suffering, look like their Messiahs!
A lasting solution to any problem is not possible unless all possible initiatives are considered.
But the general tehsil headquarters is talking about the hospital. Look at any Tehsil Headquarters (Civil Hospital) in Punjab. Staff is not enough. Staff means (Doctors and Paramedics Staff) etc. There is no Tehsil in Punjab where it does not contain at least 120 decades! And usually fifty. Up to fifty kilometers are inhabited by villages of a tehsil i.e. urban. Imagine our roads are not hidden from anyone in remote areas but still if one should keep in mind only the outline of the roads and roads away from the cities, then after the rain one can see the drainage road of our ideal cities. The purpose today is not to talk on the streets, but to show how difficult it is to get patients to the Tehsil Headquarters (Civil Hospitals) in an emergency.
There is no concept of an ambulance in most of the villages of Pakistan. There are some villages where rich people are providing ambulance sources for the poor and needy. It is another matter that often the helpless and the poor do not even get an ambulance or a normal car when they need it. In any case, people are forced to deliver THQ to the patient as soon as possible! As soon as you look at the high-rise hospital building. There is some satisfaction in the heart and some prayers come out. Usually, in case of an emergency, the hospital staff, using all their resources, do everything possible for the betterment of the patient. He saved as if he saved the whole of humanity.
In any case, Pakistan is one of the few countries where the government is working side by side with the people to eradicate ignorance, poverty, and diseases from the country. Pakistani philanthropists, ladies, and gentlemen have always been engaged in the service of the suffering humanity by living in their respective fronts according to their status in the manner prescribed by the Holy Prophet (PBUH). In almost every village, if not every union council, people have set up dispensaries, clinics, and small hospitals with their own help.
In other words, when a patient eats a heart, asthma, snake, dog, or poison, etc., when hospitals run by local NGOs are referred to the emergency, then instead of seeing the patient, It is advisable to take him to a large hospital. Patients and their relatives are worried that the doctors/nurses etc. have not even touched them and say that the big hospitals should take the patient immediately. This happens not only in small clinic hospitals but mostly in THQ etc. There can be many reasons for this but we mention only two reasons and this fact is not of anyone Tehsil Headquarters Hospital but of the whole Punjab. The situation is similar.
Lack of pathologists and lack of necessary facilities for diagnosis of the disease. The government is requested to fill the vacancies of doctors / paramedical staff and specialists in order to provide basic health care to the people and also to remove the recruitment of rulers and homeopathic doctors and allow them to create government-sponsored service. Go, On the one hand, educated doctors are stumbling for jobs. On the other hand, a large number of patients are fed up with life due to a lack of proper care and treatment and give curses to Christians instead of praying.
Only the patient or his family knows when the patient is brought to the hospital in a state of distress and is instructed to move to another city. The same happens in remote Tehsil Headquarters / some other and District Headquarters hospitals due to the emergency and the money demanded in case of emergency. This is due to a lack of medical staff and the lack of a specialist in the patient's disease or the lack of testing machines needed to diagnose the patient. The driver who brought the car in case of emergency will now play a bonus game if he turns to another city. Knowing all this, the patient's family considers silence and patience as spoils.
The government should write in prominent letters outside such hospitals that such and such a disease is treated in this hospital and there are no doctors specializing in such and such a disease so that the precious time of human life cannot be lost with it.
