If another ward is built on their roof, there will be some improvement, and male and female patients can be separated. Similarly, there are facilities for dealing with emergency cases in the hospital but according to the needs of the present time, this department is very weak. It is an emergency period. It is very important to make the ward more functional and to deploy additional staff in the Maternal and Child Center There are no incubators. Women with diabetes and other ailments are not being delivered here. The supply of at least 6 incubators here will make it possible to control these problems. 

There are tests to be done and the second shift should be started. It is very important to have tests even after 2 o'clock as there are a lot of patients during the day and there are more doctors and nurses to handle them. Doctors and nurses should be present in the evening as well. At least two doctors and one lady doctor in the evening with their entire staff on duty has become a huge demand of the people of the area. Contacting local blood donors to make it fully operational in all respects is the most important need of the hour in places like hospitals where water is very much needed but there are also numerous water issues in the hospital. 

There are certain times for the water that is supplied to the hospital from the government water supply There should be a separate system for water supply at all times so that the hospital management does not have to look at anyone's face to meet their needs.
