Menstruation is an integral part of life, the life of everyone in which there is no distinction between men and women. The life of every soul begins with menstruation when its sperm breathes and feeds on the blood of menstruation and connects its heartbeat with its mother.

There was talk of premature menstruation in the girls and we did not know where we had reached. Puberty is the name of a complex system whose end is the beginning of menstruation. The whole body goes through a period of physical and mental changes, and the hormones responsible for it begin many years before menstruation.

There are different stages of puberty.

Thalarche is the first sign of puberty in which breast augmentation begins. The breast bud emerges at about nine years of age and takes four or five years to complete. In a phase called adrenarche, the adrenal glands near the kidneys in the body begin to rapidly-produce hormones that are involved in the development of the genitals. In a stage called pubarche, hair begins to grow on certain genitals. The presence of these hairs in the armpits and under the navel between the ages of twelve and thirteen indicates puberty. At the age of ten to fifteen, after these changes, the height begins to increase rapidly and it is a sign that menstruation is approaching.

Menarche is called the first menstrual period and its beginning is the end of the process of puberty that began many years ago. Mark's physical age is between ten and fifteen years, but the sequence of events will remain the same. When it comes to hormones, listen to the fact that there is an army of chemical weapons inside the human body that works to make menstruation possible. Hormones produced by the hypothalamus, a part of the brain, affect the pituitary gland in the brain itself. The hormone secreted by the pituitary gland travels to the ovaries in the abdomen to work, which in turn produces hormones that can reach the uterus and regulate the menstrual cycle.

There are two functions of the uterus, menstruation or pregnancy. In the first stage, the lining of the uterus under the influence of hormones turns into thick layers, then the release of an egg from the ovary fills these layers with blood. If the ovum and the sperm meet, then the little sperm or the man of the future, who is still on the microscopic floor, comes and builds a house in these layers, and the blood that accumulates in these layers not only runs in his veins, but It also brings food and breath from the mother. If the baby or sperm does not reach the uterus, the collected blood is expelled from the body during menstruation. This is the reality of the blood which is called dirty and taken away. In fact, it is this blood that makes a child's life. If a woman does not have a menstrual period or has some problems, the baby cannot stay in the womb and cannot reach the stage before it is born.

Menstruation can start anytime between the ages of ten and fifteen, but most girls start menstruating between the ages of twelve and fourteen. Ten years old is a bit worrying but not abnormal. If menstruation occurs before the age of eight, it is called precocious puberty. There is a need to think about why this happened. In most cases, this is simply due to the rapid activation of the hormonal system, and the reasons why it affects the system are not yet known. But in some cases, a tumor in the brain or an adrenal gland can cause it. A brain injury from an accident or a genetic cause.

A child under the age of eight must be examined to determine the cause. If there is no reason and the final assessment is taken into account by the system, then some things need to be considered. The biggest problem in precocious puberty is the height of the girl who is afraid of being short and the other important thing is the emotional and mental condition of the girl. Remember that the girl is still going through childhood and she is not able to know and understand many things. Changes in her body can cause her excitement and shock. Both problems can be solved with a doctor, at the right time, in compassionate hands.
