Nowadays, whenever people get sick, the first thing they do is take home remedies, which have been going on for years, and when they don't help, they run to the doctors and so on. Even then they are unaware of which doctor to contact.

I am using a diet that does not fall into the category of proper diet at all, while it is very important to use a proper diet to live a healthy and energetic life and to get rid of diseases.
